What Do We Do After We Book A Speaker?
It's time for you to start promoting and marketing your event! Once a decision is made we will issue you with a contract of engagement for that speaker with all the information on relating to your event. The contract will be signed by both parties and we ensure that you, the artiste and this agency each have a copy of the contract so each party is exactly aware of the event. As the date of your event gets closer, it is our policy to contact you to ensure that all the details on the contract are unchanged.
What Do I Do If A Speaker Cancels?
Speakers rarely cancel an event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, Speaks Volumes will make every effort to find another acceptable speaker for your event.
